For the overheating issue, the only advice we can offer is to Use a cotton swab to clean the brass contacts inside the device where the pod is inserted – if that doesn’t work, then the next step is to replace the device. As for the leaky pods, these are the steps that we advise customers to follow: ? Puffing hard can force e-liquid up into the air path, recommend a gentle puff on the mouthpiece. ? Store pods in a dry place at room temperature. ? If the customer notices any leaking on the bottom of the pod, wipe it off before inserting in the JUUL. ? Clean the inside of the JUUL device where the pod snaps into place. Lightly dampen a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol and gently swab the area. Once done, use the other end of the cotton swab to dry the area
