Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2015 Brut
In 1810, Madame Clicquot invented the first Vintage Champagne, in 2015 Veuve Clicquot declared the 66th vintage of the Maison. With grapes exclusively from Grands and Premiers Crus, Pinot Noir dominates the blend (51%) and provides the structure that is so typically Clicquot, followed by Chardonnay (34%) that adds finesse and elegance essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and then Meunier (15%) that rounds out the blend. The uniqueness of the Vintage 2015 lies in the addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks (foudres), bringing strength and aromatic intensity. The cask-aged wines act as spices to the blend, bringing very lightly woody, vanilla, and toasted aromas.

Veuve Clicquot 2012 Vintage Rose
Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot is synonymous with the art of living. The House style distinguishes itself through the dominance of Pinot Noir which gives strength, complexity and elegance to our wines. The 2012 vintage was exceptional in Champagne. Despite challenges earlier in the year due to frost, the resulting crop was small but highly concentrated and of high quality. It’s in vintages that provide such great quality that give Pinot Noir its color and ripeness that is crucial to the production of Rose. The Veuve Clicquot Rose 2012 is fragrant with ripe red berry and sweet citrus peel that open up to reveal toasted brioche and spice. The palate reveals a crisp attack continuing the theme of ripe cherry and raspberry, but with an underlying minerality giving the wine structure. Toasted brioche, and flakey pastry follow accompanied with a prolonged fine and creamy mousse. Enjoy this vintage rose with grilled lobster tails or roasted duck and creamy ripe cheeses like epoisses or camembert.

Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose
During Madame Clicquot’s day, Champagne was blended for sweetness, matching the consumer tastes of the time. These sweet champagnes were referred to by consumers as ‘rich’ wines. Russian royalty, who favored Madame Clicquot’s ‘rich’ champagnes, created their own twist to service by adding spoonfuls of sugar to each glass. Inspired by this history, Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose is the newest champagne from a brand synonymous with innovation, developed by Chef de Cave Dominique Demarville in tandem with expert mixologists.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut has been the symbol of the House since 1772. A perfect balance between power and finesse, its complexity comes from the predominant presence of Pinot Noir and Reserve Wines. It showcases our superb vineyards and the consistent style of our House. Grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus go to the blending of Yellow Label. Traditionally, the proportion of each grape variety used is 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Meunier and 28 to 33% Chardonnay. These figures vary slightly from year to year according to conditions.
