Sourced from the finest winter wheat in France, Grey Goose is a premium type of Vodka. Designed by Sidney Frank, self made billionaire and the man behind the success Jagermeister, in 1997 Grey Goose was initially aimed at the American Market. Sidney took the idea that French manufacturing had a high perceived quality so he sent out a team to France to create Grey Goose vodka.

Distilled and bottled in France, Grey Goose is made in the Picardy region just outside north Paris. It is distilled in a column and the high proof spirit is then blended with the purest water that has been naturally filtered through Grande Champagne limestone in Gensac springs. A well draws water from an aquifer 500 feet beneath the ground meaning that the water has been untouched by human hands and pollution.

Grey Goose was sold by Sidney in the biggest ever acquisition of a single brand worth $2.2billion to Bacardi in 2004.
